Dental assistants how much did u pay to go to school? find a job after?

I see alot of programs to be a dental assistant. some are alot and some hardly that much. im only paying more because I already graduated with another degree. but were u able to find a job right afterward? I cant find work anywhere and i want to start getting into the dental field knowing there is a job for me. any tips?

Some dental offices will hire you without experience at a lower rate. A career as a dental hygienist will be more rewarding. It requires an associates degree in dental hygiene. All of the dental assistant courses here in NY where I live are about 10 months long.

I would recommend going into the dental hygiene program if there is one close to you. They say it’s tough, but worth it.
